Yippe Ki-Yay Namaste Kids Yoga

Continue your fun with yoga instructor Cheryl Crawford and the kids from Fernbank Elementary School in Atlanta, Georgia in this fun-filled yoga flow program. In this innovative half-hour, you’ll move your bodies and energize your minds as you celebrate a different number in each edition of the program. As co-founder of Grounded Kids Yoga and founder of the non-profit yoga service initiative Atlanta Yoga Movement, Cheryl focuses on integrating yoga into schools throughout the metro Atlanta, Georgia area.

This season of Yippee Ki-Yay Namaste Yoga explores being grounded in color, tuning into ourselves as living color. Each program offers you the chance to experience how you are a powerhouse with seven main circuits or stations that take in, process, store and give out energy. You will see and feel how your circuit is linked like interlocking wheels that require clear passages for the energy to flow. In this unique series, in every episode, veteran yoga instructor Cheryl Crawford is joined by a student teacher from Fernbank Elementary School in Atlanta, Georgia.
