'Pilates, Please! is back for a spin off- Pilates Please for Pregnant Bodies!Join certified pilates instructor and chiropractor Dr. Vernette as she demonstrates short workouts that pregnant women in any trimester can master. These prenatal videos are designed to help the average pregnant woman go through her pregnancy journey. As always, please make sure that you have been cleared by your doctor before starting any program.

Pilates Please is back- this time for Pregnant Bodies! Dr. Vernette demonstrates strengthening and stretch exercises that are great during pregnancy whether in your first, second or third trimester. On the premiere, short workouts such as child pose, cat/cow, side kick series, and more are demonstrated.
