Pilates, Please! is back for a spin off: Pilates Please for the Pregnant Body! Join certified pilates instructor and chiropractor Dr. Vernette as she demonstrates short workouts that pregnant women in any trimester can master. These prenatal videos are designed to help the average pregnant woman go through her pregnancy journey. As always, please make sure that you have been cleared by your doctor before starting any program.
