Pilates, Please! is back for a spin off- Pilates Please for Pregnant Bodies!Join certified pilates instructor and chiropractor Dr. Vernette as she demonstrates short workouts that pregnant women in any trimester can master. These prenatal videos are designed to help the average pregnant woman go through her pregnancy journey. As always, please make sure that you have been cleared by your doctor before starting any program.

For this prenatal workout, you will only need the mat for various stretches that are great for all trimesters for the first, second, and third trimesters. Dr. Vernette demonstrates exercises such as Seated Spine Extensions, Lateral Bend/ Mermaid, Reverse C-Curve, and more.
