Pilates Please

Join instructor Dr. Vernette McKnight in our fitness program Pilates Please. In each program the pilates exercises will train several muscle groups at once in smooth, continuous movements. By developing the proper technique, you will re-train your body to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion-invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimal health.
This month As we age, our muscles become shorter and lose their elasticity. To help you remain active and independent, it is extremely important to keep muscles strong, even when it’s hard to walk or move for long periods of time. This is where stretching carries the most benefits for seniors. Stretching can help you look and feel great at any age.
