A Great Start for Parents and Children
March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 & April 7, 2010

 Emmaus House in partnership with the Black Child Development Institute will conduct A Great Start for Parents and Children, a parenting class for expectant parents and those caring for young children.  The classes will be on Wednesdays – March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 and April 7 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm.  Dinner and childcare are provided.  Venue: Ezzard Hall at Emmaus House, 1011 Hank Aaron Drive, Atlanta 30315.  To register, please call 404-525-5948.

The Celebrating Grace Hymnal is a comprehensive mixture of treasured hymns and songs that have been sung for generations and new ones by many of the nation's best loved church music composers and arrangers. The Hymnal is only one component of the Celebrating Grace collection of church resources.

Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta is a founding partner of walk, and coordinator for more than 30 synagogues and 20 schools, agencies in greater Atlanta Jewish Community. With the 26th Annual Hunger Walk/Run approaching March 14, the Jewish fundraising team is looking to be the largest faith-based fundraiser for the sixth year in a row. Hunger Walk/Run events begin at noon Sunday, March 14 in the Green Lot at Turner Field with registration, entertainment, food, and games. The McDonald's Choir Showcase is gearing up for another exciting year in Charleston, South Carolina for the 3rd Annual McDonald's Choir Showcase. They are equally excited to also be bringing this highly anticipated musical event to both Columbus and Macon, Georgia.
